Frequently asked questions

Q- How far in advance should I book?

A- Rob's calendar fills 2–6 months in advance for peak conference season (September–November, January–March). For urgent enquiries, contact the team directly, last-minute availability occasionally exists.

Q- Can Rob adapt his content to our specific industry?

A- Yes. The discovery call is specifically designed for this. Rob has delivered to audiences in financial services, healthcare, technology, retail, and the public sector, among others. He'll reference your world, not a generic corporate one.

Q- Do you provide a recording release?

A- Internal recordings for training purposes are typically included. External or commercial broadcast rights are discussed at contracting stage.

Q- What happens if Rob is unwell or unavailable on the day?

A- Rob has a strong track record of fulfilment. In the unlikely event of an emergency, the team will work with you immediately to find the best possible resolution. This is covered in the standard contract.

Q- Can Rob do a pre-event webinar or video to build anticipation?

A- Yes. Many organisers use a short teaser video or live 15-minute session to prime their audience. This can be arranged as part of the booking.
