Share your event date, audience size, and what you're hoping to achieve. Rob's team will confirm availability within one working day.

Discovery call
A 30-minute call with Rob directly. He'll learn about your audience, your theme, and any specific outcomes you need, so the keynote lands with precision, not as a generic talk.

Proposal & contract
A clear proposal outlining scope, logistics, and terms. No ambiguity. Standard contracts can be signed digitally within 24 hours.

Pre-event briefing
Two weeks before your event, Rob's team will confirm AV requirements, running order, and any last-minute adjustments to content or context

The event
Rob arrives early, does a full soundcheck, and is available for pre-event meet-and-greet if required. Post-session, he stays to speak with delegates.

Q- How far in advance should I book?
A- Rob's calendar fills 2–6 months in advance for peak conference season (September–November, January–March). For urgent enquiries, contact the team directly, last-minute availability occasionally exists.
Q- Can Rob adapt his content to our specific industry?
A- Yes. The discovery call is specifically designed for this. Rob has delivered to audiences in financial services, healthcare, technology, retail, and the public sector, among others. He'll reference your world, not a generic corporate one.
Q- Do you provide a recording release?
A- Internal recordings for training purposes are typically included. External or commercial broadcast rights are discussed at contracting stage.
Q- What happens if Rob is unwell or unavailable on the day?
A- Rob has a strong track record of fulfilment. In the unlikely event of an emergency, the team will work with you immediately to find the best possible resolution. This is covered in the standard contract.
Q- Can Rob do a pre-event webinar or video to build anticipation?
A- Yes. Many organisers use a short teaser video or live 15-minute session to prime their audience. This can be arranged as part of the booking.
